Hey!

I am a UX / Product Designer with end-to-end ownership of two consumer mobile products, responsible for translating user research into design priorities and defending those decisions with engineering and market strategy stakeholders. Established a component library and documentation standards that gave a small team its first shared design foundation. MSc in Human-Computer Interaction Design (City St George's); combines HCI research rigour with the pragmatism of shipping under real constraints.

I specialise in turning complex stakeholder requirements into clear, testable prototypes. Acting as a bridge between business strategy and engineering, I ensure usability never compromises business goals.

Experience

Jan 2020 – Jul 2021

UI/UX Designer · Wen Rong Chuang Du Co., Ltd.

  • Redesigned Yi’s mobile-first photo upload and page layout experience, including a smart auto-layout feature that automatically composes photo book pages. Partnered with front-end, back-end and market strategy stakeholders to take the product to launch, and defined how users review, adjust and override automated results, increasing task success rate from 45% to 81% in internal QA testing and contributing to the App Store rating increase from 4.1 to 4.8 stars.
  • Built NextChapter’s first design system from the ground up, establishing component architecture, states, naming conventions, design tokens and documentation. The reusable system reduced design implementation time by 60% and increased team execution efficiency by 48%, based on internal team review and management assessment, while providing the baseline for onboarding new designers and maintaining WCAG AA contrast standards across core components.
2022

UX Design Short Course · Chelsea College of Arts, University of the Arts London

  • Applied an end-to-end UX process through practical projects spanning user research, personas, journey mapping, wireframing and prototyping, translating user needs into tested design solutions.
2024-2025

MSc Human-Computer Interaction Design · City St George’s, University of London

  • Conducted collaborative research with the V&A to optimise the visitor experience within its fashion display area, applying user-centred HCI methods to identify opportunities for improving visitor engagement.
  • Dissertation: The Creepiness of Over-Personalisation and the Impact on User Behaviours — investigated how excessive personalisation can create user discomfort and influence subsequent behaviours, identifying design approaches to mitigate these negative effects.
